A custom designed line to feed blanks made from two different coils at a time, to a calalytic muffler production system. Material thickness max. 1.2mm Galv. Steel -- The line includes: - a special purpose electronic feeder, handling both coils at a time - a 5 T hydraulic punching unit for one of the coils - a spot welder - a 350 T hydraulic marking and pre-cutting press - a 10 T hydraulic cutoff shear mounted at press exit - a powered belt conveyor to stacker - a 2-position powered car with self-adjusting platforms -- Coil #1 is 998mm x .5mm, of aluminized stainless steel; coil #2 is 1000mm x 1.2mm, of galvanized steel
