It's a new service we offer; all payments are made to our Customers through Mangopay, the secure business payment platform used by the largest e-commerce Companies.

However, even in this case we can offer full-service to buyers ourselves:

The disassembly activities include the structure, all components, and a proper separation of the supply pipes; as well as the correct identification and documentation, technical cleaning and accurate packaging of each individual component.

You can be sure that everything gets optimally prepared for safe transport and subsequent re-assembly.

Our teams use the latest measurement methods. The levelling of the axes of the machine and the orientation are carried out on the basis of the previous configuration and in accordance with the technical guidelines provided by the manufacturer.

Our partners will only leave once the machine works perfectly again.

Transport

All trasports will be covered by insurance, so as to protect your investment throughout the journey.

You will be able to monitor where your haulier is at any time. By connecting to the Gruber website and entering your customer code, you can check where your machine is and when it will arrive.
