In the Republic of Moldova we build machinery and mechanical components for also other equipment builders (manly Italian and German Companies currently).

The plant is managed by Italian technicians from our staff and is well equipped; we plan to expand it and purchase more machinery in the near future.

The company operates in the field of machine building industry (housings, heavy frames, precision engineering, treatments and assemblies).

The heavy metal constructions locksmith department is equipped with an oxyacetylene flame cutting machine for metal sheets with a computerized operating program (four fires) with the ability to cut metal sheets with a thickness of up to 250 mm and a length of 16,000 mm. The performance, which guarantees us national exclusivity on this type of processing. Band saws, grooving machine (up to 25 mm), press with a capacity of 150t, assembly tables and welding guards. 2 overhead cranes with a capacity of 20t allow us to manufacture heavy structures for the machine building industry and civic structures.

The light metal constructions locksmith department is equipped with a plasma cutting machine for precision cutting, with a mobile structure, with dimensions of 1500 mm x 4000 mm that cuts metal sheets with a thickness of up to 10 mm with a computerized operating program that allows, with the help of software, to cut profiles, specific templates and other parts. It is equipped with a "Hypertherm" plasma generator of major power and precision, in addition to this machine it cuts perforated metal sheets, stainless materials, copper and aluminum. The production process is maintained by a technical office equipped with CAD systems, by qualified technical staff who are able to communicate fluently in three languages: Romanian, Russian and Italian.
