• WHAT STARTING MATERIAL?

Bar mills and wire rod mills typically process continuously cast billets, commonly in the

100 x 100mm to 160 x 160mm square range.

Section mills rolling H-beams, wide-flange sections and heavy channels generally start

from blooms, typically at 200mm and above

• WHAT PRODUCTS ARE TO BE MADE? And what percentages for each type of product and size

• WHAT REQUIRED CAPACITY PER-YEAR? - In how many shifts per-day?

• IS THERE SIMILAR EQUIPMENT ALREADY? (PLEASE SPECIFY WHAT EQUIPMENT)

• COUNTRY OF DESTINATION OF THE EQUIPMENT

• WHAT AVAILABILITY OF: ELECTRIC POWER (MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: 5 kVA), OF WATER, OF GAS?
