Close-tolerance profiles with variable width & depth can be formed and cambered/bent/rectified in-line' with this 3D Roll Former. -- The limitation with roll forming, until recent was that only profiles with constant cross-section could be made. We have developed (for mostly the automotive and aerospace industries) a fine technology that allows to make close-tolerance profiles with variable width & depth and to camber/bend/rectify them 'in-line'. Of course also punching/notching/stamping... stations can be provided for lines that include a 3D roll former.
